IH was supported to move out of a residential service in April 25. From the very beginning he built a good relationship with the team around him and began flourishing. He is now seeing family (especially mum) weekly. Where he is getting on the bus with the team and going to her care home. IH now takes part in all tasks within the home and assesses the community daily, plays football in the garden and gets the staff up dancing to steps daily.
