We supported G to transition to his own home from a children’s service a few months ago when he turned 18.

Supported by his own core team of staff, he is thriving in his new home. He has his own large garden with a trampoline and pool for when the weather is hot. G has now started to access more local activities and is going to his family home for the first time in years this weekend for a visit.
