Experienced Registered Manager, Braunstone Park and Rowley Fields (LE3)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Manager to for out learning disability home in Leicester.

The home has held an excellent reputation and is rated outstanding by Ofsted.

The role will be supported by an experienced Operations Manager with the backing of a company with a track record of excellence in social care.

Our mission is to provide a high-quality tailored, therapeutic care and education that’s underpinned by a therapeutic approach using trauma informed training. This is supported by our clinical team who work closely both across education and care.

We are looking for a manager who is child-focused and truly wants to make a difference. Managers that are driven to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people with additional learning needs using a child-centred approach to care. The successful manager will continually strive for positive outcomes for the children and young people in line with the children homes regulations and quality care standards, with safety and wellbeing at the forefront of my client’s approach to providing quality care.

The Home

The home is registered for 2 young people with additional learning needs and achieved an Outstanding rating in 2025. The home takes a therapeutic approach to support young people and this a key area that the home wishes to develop further.

Our Ideal candidate will be:

A previous Registered Manager with extensive experience of working with Ofsted in the best interests of the children and the service.
QCF 5 in Leadership and Management CYP with a minimum of 5 years management experience.
Experience in Learning Disabilities, SEMH or Complex Health Needs.
