Position: Care Team Leader (Supported Living)
Location: Birmingham (B28)
Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour.
Job type: Full time, permanent
Working hours: 8.00am – 10.00pm or 8.00pm – 10.00am (Monday – Sunday). Mixture of day and night shifts. Plus 8 hours per week of admin.

Your Role:
As a vital part of our service, you’ll lead with professionalism and heart, combining hands-on care with strong leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with challenging behaviour both verbal and physical.
- Experience with learning disabilities and autism.
- Experienced with personal care and non – verbal individuals.
- Experience with sensory needs.
- Experience with admin and managing a team dynamics.
About You:
- Previous experience supervising or managing in adult care (Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Leadership experience or leading and mentoring a team.
- Calm under pressure and quick to respond to challenges
- Proactive and solution-focused – you bring ideas, not just experience
