We are looking for candidates who can make a different to our client’s life!
We need you to support our client who has Challenging Behaviour and history of being aggressive. You and your team will be responsible for keeping this client safe while following company Policies and Procedures.
The shifts needed will vary depending on the client and their needs, but will vary between 12- 24 hours shifts with your client.
We pay from £11.50 – £12.50 per hour.
You will be fully trained and have the opportunity contribute to the lives of vulnerable adults and children with complex needs.
What does the role entail?
- Delivering high quality person-centred care to meet all care needs of our clients.
- Supporting your client with severe history of aggressiveness and challenging behaviour.
- Getting to know your client. Discovering their interests, needs and providing companionship.
- Create a safe and caring environment which meets the individual’s needs.
- Work in accordance with relevant Company Policies and Procedures.
- Communicating with Head Office and Lead Nurses to ensure the client is safe and cared for as per the clients wishes.
- Enabling and assisting clients with daily activities and tasks that they would not be able to do without your support.
- Actively participating and organising social activities
- Assisting in ensuring the clients home is kept clean daily.
Skills Requirement
- Must have a minimum of a Level 3 in Social Care or Healthcare
- Relevant life experience would be an advantage.
- Full Clean Driver’s licence prefereble
- Flexible and adaptable nature
- Shift work over 24/7.
- Experience with Challenging Behaviour.
- Driving is Preferable
