Putting in place the right care team to manage complex, at-home care needs is not only about selecting a team with the correct level expertise. We also understand that the right personalities are also important which is why we take a great deal of care in putting together a team of care staff that are the right match for you.
Because they spend so much time in our home we have a relaxed and friendly relationship with them. We can have a laugh with them but when a job needs doing they snap back into professional mode in an instant.
Our team is led by Julia Senah, Almond Care’s Managing Director. She qualified as a general nurse, spending over a decade in the NHS and private sector. Julia has vast experience putting into place complex care packages for both adults and children with spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries and long term ventilation.
